Meet the Team

Justin Lui

Founder, Physiotherapist, MPT

Justin graduated from Western University with a Master in Physiotherapy. A serious interest in rehabilitation sciences first began when as a teenager, he witnessed his grandfather recuperate from a slip and fall injury. He went from wheelchair bound to regaining his walking independence while at a neurological physiotherapy centre. Justin has also suffered numerous sport-related physical setbacks, including a severe low back injury during weightlifting that led him towards his own physiotherapy-led recovery.

Combining experience, knowledge and compassion, Justin can help guide you through your personal physical rehab and wellness goals. He approaches musculoskeletal and neurological conditions uniquely — applying fundamental and advanced techniques of physiotherapy while prioritizing functional mobility and strength at the forefront of the rehabilitation process. He has a special interest in spinal, shoulder and postural related injuries.

Justin enjoys staying active through weight training, snowboarding, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You also might find him at a local tennis court working on his rally.

Leona Noble

Physiotherapy Resident, MPT

Leona graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Physical Therapy, following her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Brock University. Throughout her studies, she acquired extensive experience on and off field for athletic therapy, taping, and strength and conditioning. She has covered a wide range of sports including rugby and university cheerleading, where she had the honour of caring for the Brock Cheerleading team during their gold medal win at Worlds in January 2020. Leona was a competitive horseback rider throughout high school and university, competing on the Brock University equestrian team.

Leona excels at empowering clients through guidance of rehabilitation goals and understanding of injury. Conducting comprehensive orthopaedic assessments with multimodal treatments, she is able to successfully lead individuals through the full journey of pain and recovery. Leona has a special interest in the lumbar spine, along with hip, knee and ankle conditions. She also has experience treating neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries, and working with those cardiorespiratory conditions such as COPD.

When not working, Leona enjoys travelling, yoga, going to the gym or exploring Toronto with friends. One of her life goals is to swim in all of the great lakes.
